TDS to provide HR services for Novartis
Neckarsulm, Germany, 4 August 2010. The German subsidiaries of Novartis AG – Novartis Deutschland GmbH, Novartis Pharma GmbH and Novartis Pharma Produktions GmbH – have outsourced their payroll accounting processes to TDS. The IT services specialist implemented SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM), replacing the existing PAISY solution. In addition, TDS will assume responsibility for all payroll-related tasks for Novartis’ approximately 2,200 German employees.

Neuss/Neckarsulm, 9 June 2010. 3M Deutschland GmbH has given its SAP systems a complete makeover. After transferring SAP operations to TDS – a project begun in 2009 – the multi-faceted technology company recently upgraded its ERP software from SAP R/3 release 4.7 to SAP ERP release 6.04. 3M Deutschland and its IT outsourcing partner, TDS, accomplished this second transition in under four months.

State-of-the-art data centre established in Southern Germany
Neckarsulm, 27 April 2010 – One of the most advanced data centres in Germany is to soon go into service. TDS’s new facility, with approximately 4,000 square metres of floor space, was erected in Neuenstadt in Baden-Württemberg at a cost of over 10 million euros. Initially, it will be able to house more than 3,500 servers. It will ensure the highest standards in terms of security and reliability, and boast excellent energy efficiency.
